3 frozen bananas (chopped before frozen)
1 tablespoon organic peanut butter
1 tablespoon water (to blend)
Fresh fruit, coconut flakes, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds, dark choc chips, peanuts, almonds, goji berries. Anything else your heart desires!
What To Do:
1. Place the bananas in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until they become a creamy, fluffy, white soft serve ice cream.
2. Add 1 tablespoon water or almond milk to blend if finding it hard to blend.
3. Scoop into a bowl. Top with toppings and eat immediately!
Dark Chocolate Banana Ice Cream:
Blend 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons of raw cacao, 2 tablespoons of coconut cream and ½ teaspoon vanilla in food processor until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
Cinnamon Banana Ice Cream:
Blend 2 bananas, 1 tablespoon of coconut cream and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in food processor until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
Strawberries & Cream Banana Ice Cream:
Blend 2 bananas, 1/3 cup strawberries,2 tablespoons coconut cream in food processor until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
*Buy overripe bananas, peel and chop them and then store them in a big container in the freezer and use to make your banana ice cream or in smoothies… If you have things prepped and ready to go it makes life a whole lot easier.
