How To Empower Yourself

Empower, Encourage, lift and strengthen one another.

When I think of the word EMPOWER I automatically think of leadership or setting goals something that everyone should be doing every single day.

When we feel empowered we accomplish our goals. We gain awareness of how to empower ourselves and others it helps to feel more balanced, healthy and powerful!

I love being a part of a fitness community for example and seeing how we all support each other. There is power in communities, support and a hell of a lot of encouragement. There is something that makes us feel powerful in uplifting each other.

I am going to share with you 4 things I do most days to empower myself and others to lead a fun and empowered life.


Always be Positive

Positive people are more likely to be successful than the negative ones. It’s as simple as changing the way you think using keywords like I CAN, I WILL and avoiding the words I CANT, I DON’T, I SHOULD. If you make positive thinking your habitual way of life, imagine how many great things you can attract into your world and how many people you will inspire + empower.


Exercise Daily

For me, the feeling at the end of the workout is what I focus on. I will also repeat mantras throughout my workout. Telling yourself you can do something can help make it happen.


Be a Role model

Be that person who inspires others to make changes and strive toward new goals. By far, the greatest attribute of a role model is an ability to inspire others. I like to do this by always being passionate about what I am doing or what we have coming up. When you show passion for our work you have the capacity to inspire others with your passion and drive.


Make a to do list

I like to make a to-do list every day, or at the beginning of each week. I Find using a to- do list enables me to mark off the tasks I have completed. At the end of the day, when I look at the list it gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It’s the same feeling as achieving a new goal.
