Our dance classes can be tailored to the absolute beginner or for the more experienced dancer in styles ranging from jazz, contemporary, hip-hop or dance fitness; but the common factor in all our classes is fun! Classes are designed to get you moving, sweating and most importantly laughing! You can have no previous dance experience or be quite the mover, either way, our dance classes are a great way to destress and you’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realise you’re exercising!

Our Healthy Bliss Ball Cooking Class is the latest move in showing you and your staff how to swap out those nasty 3pm snacks for something delicious and nutritious. The TWOSIX interactive cooking demonstration will get staff learning how to quickly make their own nutrition packed snacks in the workplace at a cost effective price.
